From the A27 Mestre-Belluno motorway, which connects to the A4 Turin-Trieste motorway, take the Treviso Sud exit. Follow the ring road towards Castelfranco/Vicenza. Take the last exit and turn right onto S.R. 53 Via Postumia. The hotel is 200 meters on the left. GPS coordinates: Latitude 45.668495 – Longitude 12.1802

Treviso Centrale train station, located on the Venice-Udine-Trieste and Milan-Udine lines, is 4 km away.

Treviso Canova Airport is 2 km away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 20 km away. The Resource will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all food production activities for the assigned batch, the bar, banqueting, and room service, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in terms of quality, dish presentation, and service time.

Collaborates with the chef and, in his absence, with the sous chef. He is committed to improving the profitability of his department, ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations and proper inventory rotation to avoid waste. He collaborates with the front of house manager, aiming for guest satisfaction, maximizing revenue, and streamlining service. He is knowledgeable about allergies and intolerances.

This position will be responsible for welcoming, providing service, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the restaurant, bar, banquet hall, or room service, including resolving any complaints and handling any comments. This position is able to present menu items and recommend wine pairings. This position coordinates and trains staff, ensuring the best service in terms of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, with the goal of satisfying customers and maximizing revenue and profitability for the respective department. This position is responsible for setting up tables and the dining room, including decorations.

Responsible for managing the warehouse, including table linens, cutlery, ceramics, and glassware. Responsible for keeping the restaurant and storage areas clean and ensuring the efficiency and good condition of all equipment and furnishings, promptly reporting any breakages or malfunctions. Knowledgeable and committed to compliance with HACCP regulations.

The Resource will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all activities of the restaurant, bar, banqueting, room service and waiting staff, as well as welcoming and ensuring customer satisfaction, ensuring the best service in terms of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency.

Collaborates with department heads and general management to improve the profitability of the F&B sector, paying attention to margins and the quality of service and product, including presentation.
